The annual end-of-year gala of the French-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFP) takes place this Saturday, December 1st, at 20:00, at the Hotel Eva, in Faro.
This is «one of the most awaited events by the community of French-Portuguese entrepreneurs», says the Chamber of Faro.
Alternating between Portugal and France, this year the Gala will take place in Faro, where 200 to 250 participants are expected to be gathered.
On December 2nd there will also be the opportunity for these French-Portuguese entrepreneurs to participate in a set of activities organized by the Chamber of Faro, where they will learn more about the Municipality, as well as its investment potential.
In addition to being one of the main events organized by this community of entrepreneurs, «Gala plays a role in encouraging and rewarding the capacity for creation, innovation, quality of results and performance of companies interested in bilateral trade, through delivery of trophies in the categories of Company of the Year, Product of the Year, Young Company, Innovation and Member of the Year», says the Chamber of Faro.
Thus, in addition to the distribution of trophies, the Gala «also represents a unique opportunity for Portuguese entrepreneurs, residents of France and Portuguese descendants, to meet around a gala dinner and establish close ties with a view to future partnerships».
On December 1st, the City Council of Faro, which since 2014 established a cooperation agreement with the Franco-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry with a view to developing local productive investment, will also promote a program of activities that will start with a lunch for all participants, followed by several visits to points of interest in the county, emphasizing its cultural aspect, the historic centre, the heritage and landscape beauties.
The program thus intends to make known the investment opportunities that Faro «today presents and that make the county a welcoming potential for more and more entrepreneurs who seek to invest safely in a Municipality that guarantees a favorable economic and social climate for the growth and development of their business projects».
