A goal by Irobiso, in the 50th minute, gave Farense the home victory against Mafra, in an anticipated game of the 16th round of the II League.
Farense came more dangerous in the game, created opportunities, but only after the restart, Irobiso, after a cross from Alvarinho, managed to find the way to the net.
At a disadvantage, Mafra looked for a draw, but the Algarvian team managed to hold the three points.
With this victory, Farense "caught" Mafra in the standings, ascending to sixth place with 15 points in ten games.
