Real estate speculation is the subject of a short film by students of the 2nd year Film and TV Direction course at ETIC_Algarve.
The short was filmed last Wednesday, November 14, as part of the Institutional Advertising module, and is focused on a current and urgently debated theme: “Bubble Real Estate”.
«In these days, the impact that the real estate industry has on today's society is undeniable. It is important to highlight the situation of students, forced to live in a rented room for the value of a house», says ETIC_Algarve.
Aware that it is urgent to do something and that it is necessary to act, the students of ETIC_Algarve, not resigned to the current situation and which worsens year after year, took on the responsibility of alerting society with this project.
After shooting, this cinematographic production will enter into the analysis phase of the recorded records, during the next few weeks.
The students wrote and filmed and will edit this work, this being the second in a set of three short films dedicated to social and human reflection.
