Portimão Health Center has two new doctors

ARS Algarve says that the arrival of the two doctors will help to strengthen primary and proximity care in the municipality of Portimão

Two new General and Family Medicine doctors begin their duties this month at the Portimão Health Center. The two clinics, which decided to come to work in the Algarve as part of the National Health Service (SNS) personnel mobility scheme, were received this Tuesday, 13 November, by Paulo Morgado, president of the ARS Algarve Board of Directors, for signing the mobility agreement.

According to ARS Algarve, «the integration of these two health professionals in this unit will contribute to broadening care coverage and strengthening primary care and proximity in the municipality of Portimão».

The two clinics will integrate the team of the Personalized Health Care Unit (UCSP) of Portimão of the Health Centers Group
(ACeS) Windward.
