The 11th edition of the Algarve's Adapted Football Tournament (TIFAA) takes place on November 3rd, at Estádio da Nora, in Albufeira.
«This sporting event, unique in its kind, has the participation of several international and national teams, with more than a hundred athletes expected to participate», says APEXA – Association for the Support of the Exceptional Person of the Algarve, organized by the initiative.
TIFAA is an international tournament that has as «the aim is to provide people with physical and mental disabilities the opportunity to participate in an adapted sporting activity, giving them the opportunity to socialize with participants from various parts of the country and different nationalities».
This event has the support of the Albufeira Council, the IPDJ-Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth, the Algarve Football Association, the Portuguese Football Federation and Ferreiras Futebol Clube.
