Ryanair delivered this Tuesday, 23 October, a donation of 30 thousand euros to Refúgio Aboim Ascensão, in Faro. The Temporary Emergency Children's Reception Center is «the latest in a series of institutions to be supported by Ryanair's “Fly to Win” scratch cards».
Luís Villas-Boas, director of Refúgio Aboim Ascensão, thanked the donation and considered that “it is wonderful to be able to count on Ryanair's support, expressed through its team and all the company's employees, who are committed to caring for the little children we have at the our care, who have already gone through risky situations».
For his part, Darren Delaney, from the purchasing department flight Ryanair, said that «as always, it is with great joy that Ryanair supports our friends at Refúgio Aboim Ascensão, in Portugal. The generosity of our passengers this year allowed the donation of hundreds of thousands of Euros to charities with great merit throughout Europe. May these relationships last for many years».
