An 82-year-old English woman died this morning of drowning in the indoor swimming pool of the Hotel Memmo Baleeira, in Sagres.

Source of the District Relief Operations Command told the Sul Informação that the alert was given at 8:25 am and that death was declared on the spot.

In the relief operations, INEM, with an Emergency and Reanimation Medical Vehicle, the Vila do Bispo Fire Brigade and the GNR were involved.
