A workshop on building lanterns, cinema sessions for schools and a story hour are proposed by the VI Cooltour, a cultural festival for children and families that runs from October 31st to November 4th, in Faro.
The theme of this year's festival, organized by the Amarelarte association, is “What happens when something new appears?”. The initiative aims to bring together parents, grandparents, uncles, teachers, coordinators and educators.
The workshop on building lanterns, for example, takes place on November 1st, from 16 pm to 00 pm, at Amarelarte's headquarters, on Rua Brites de Almeida, in Faro.
The cinema sessions for schools take place on the 2nd of November, at 10 am and 00 pm, at the Cineclube de Faro. Another of the planned activities is a parade through Baixa de Faro, on the 3rd of November, at 12:30 pm.
