The Anantara Vilamoura hotel was considered one of the top 25 top resorts of Europe by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine, one of the world's leading publications on travel and tourist destinations.
The hotel chain of the Thai chain, the first in Portugal, was one of the distinguished in the Condé Nast Traveler 2018 Readers' Choice Awards, «the oldest and most respected awards for excellence in the hotel industry», according to Anantara.
The winners of these awards are determined through a weighting between reviews, ratings and experiences shared by readers of the American magazine.
