Registration for four restaurants and four taverns in the “Praça da Convivialidade” of the V Fair of the Mediterranean Diet of Tavira is open until this Wednesday, 25th of July.
According to Câmara de Tavira, «the menus must include a children's menu, included in the food pattern of the Mediterranean Diet, enhance the identity of Mediterranean cuisine with dishes (soups, broths, salads, stews, stews) made with regional products from the land and the sea, such as: fish, molluscs and shellfish, honey, dried fruits, aromatic herbs and spices, bread, wines, olive oil and olives, vegetables and salads, as well as seasonal fruits».
The rental of the module and equipment with HACCP hygiene and food safety certification, for the four days of the fair, has a value of 1000 euros, plus VAT for restaurants, and 500 euros, plus VAT, for taverns.
For environmental reasons, the use of plastic cutlery, cups and plates should be avoided.
