Aurea and Blaya are the names confirmed for another edition of the Ham Fair, which takes place on the 28th and 29th of July, at Parque de São Sebastião, in Monchique.
Throughout the weekend, you will be introduced to the genuine and exclusive traditional ham from the Serra de Monchique.
In addition to this gastronomic icon, handicraft will also have a strong presence, with stands dedicated to sweets, bread, arbutus and other products.
In this edition, the musical animation is in charge of Aurea on Saturday at 22 pm and, on Sunday, by Blaya, at the same time.
Aurea, who has Algarvian roots, released, in May this year, a new album – “Confessions” – which includes the introductory single “Done With You” with lyrics and music by Carolina Deslandes.
Blaya, with his “Faz Gostoso”, reached the mark of 11 million views on YouTube, reaching number 1 on Spotify and on the iTunes sales chart. Blaya was the first Portuguese to reach number 1 on Spotify out of the 50 most played songs in Portugal.
