A public session to publicize the financing opportunities of the Financial Instrument for Urban Rehabilitation and Revitalization (IFRRU) 2020 will be held this Tuesday, July 3rd, at 18 pm, at the Loulé Municipal Market.
In this session, open to the general public, the IFRRU 2020 management structure team will make a presentation on the available support as well as the requirements to obtain this funding.
Loulé City Council will present the Urban Rehabilitation Areas in force in the Municipality, as well as the planned municipal interventions in these areas.
The IFRRU 2020 is a financial instrument for providing loans, under more favorable conditions compared to those on the market, namely interest rates below those practiced for investments of the same nature, for the full rehabilitation of buildings, intended for both housing and other activities , including more suitable integrated energy efficiency solutions.
Buildings to be rehabilitated must be located in an Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU).
IFRRU 2020 can be combined with the various local tax benefits granted by the City Council for Urban Rehabilitation Areas.
