The company Algar – Recovery and treatment of solid waste in the Algarve launched the campaign “Recicla+#2kgporPortugal”, a photography competition, in which participants can win tickets for this summer's music festivals.
This competition challenges the Algarve population to discover the location of the new ecopoints installed in the Algarve and to take photographs with them, with friends or family, that allude to the correct use of the ecopoints.
This initiative aims to “contribute to helping Portugal achieve the goals established in the area of solid waste separation and its correct disposal in recycling bins”.
«Aware of the need for the contribution of all citizens in protecting the environment, namely through elective disposal, with a view to the correct routing of waste and recycling», the Municipality of São Brás de Alportel supports this initiative.
To compete, all you have to do is submit the photos through the application available on Algar's Facebook and publish them so that as many people as possible can vote on the photos submitted to the competition.
