The Mobile Citizen Space will tour the parishes in the interior of the municipality of Loulé, from the 4th to the 7th of June, «in an effort to decentralize public services and bring people closer to the populations living in the most remote areas from urban centers».
In a pilot project in the country, the municipality of Loulé accepted the invitation launched by the Agency for Administrative Modernization and a van equipped with an IT system, with about a hundred and a half of fundamental public services, will be with the population to provide support citizens, the vast majority of whom live in scattered villages.
In concerted cooperation between various public entities, including the Municipality of Loulé, but also the Ministry of Health, Caixa Geral de Retirements, Institute of Mobility and Transport, Institute of Employment and Vocational Training, Tax and Customs Authority, Agency for the Administrative Modernization, Directorate-General for the Administration of Justice and the Social Security Institute, the idea is to bring to these populations the services already available in the current network of Citizen Spaces that exist in the country.
Delivery of the IRS, validation of invoices in e-Invoice, information on Social Security benefits, booking and cancellation of appointments, information and issuance of certificates, change of address on the Citizen's Card, renewal of the Driving License, issuing the Criminal registration or delivery of medical expenses to ADSE are some of the services provided.
With regard to the services of the Municipality of Loulé that will be in this Mobile Citizen Space, the service and information regarding Urban Planning processes, Entrepreneur's Desk – zero licensing, Civil Protection – clarification of fire prevention measures, Project Geo-Emergency or information and referral about “Loulé Solidário”.
The presence of the Espaço Cidadão Móvel vehicle in the Municipality will take place according to the following program: June 4th, Union of Parishes of Querença, Tôr and Benafim – Largo da Igreja de Querença (from 9:00 am to 11:30 am), March 11 in Benafim (from 11:40 am to 13:30 pm) and Largo da Tôr (from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm); on June 5, in Alte – Parish Council (9:00 am to 11:30 am), Santa Margarida Primary School (11:40 am to 13:30 pm) and Monte da Charneca Primary School (from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm); June 6, in Salir – Parish Council (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am), Barranco do Velho Community Center (11:10 am to 13:00 pm), Montes Novos Agricultural Cooperative (from 14:15 pm to 15:50 pm), Cortelha Primary School (from 16:00 pm at 17:00) and on 7 June, at Ameixial – Parish Council (from 9:00 to 11:30), Clube de Caça dos Vermelhos (from 11:40 to 13:30) and Corte D'Ouro Primary School (from 14:30 to 17:00).
