The Chamber of Odemira will promote a decentralized meeting on the 7th of June, in the Parish of Santa Clara-a-Velha.
The holding of City Council meetings in parishes is a new measure of the municipal program “Odemira Participa” which promotes proximity and decentralization, with the objective of involving the population in political decisions and in the management of the territory.
In addition to holding the City Council meeting, the initiative also includes a visit to the parish's territory. During the morning, visits will be made to the village of Pereiras-Gare, the Santa Clara/Sabóia Station, Santa Clara-a-Velha and the Santa Clara Dam.
The Chamber meeting will take place at the Casa do Povo in Santa Clara-a-Velha, from 14:30 pm.
The next decentralized meetings in the parishes are scheduled for the 6th of September, in São Luís, and the 6th of December in Vale de Santiago.
