O 1st Algarve Real Estate Salon (SIA) it takes place from the 7th to the 9th of June, at the Centro de Congressos do Arade, in Lagoa.
This large event, organized by the Municipality of Lagoa, will attract «different actors and mediators of the real estate market in the region, real estate agencies, designers, law firms, solicitors and public bodies», explains the Chamber of Lagoa.
Over the three days, 40 exhibitors will be present, as well as lecturers and seminarians on various topics related to the field.
The Algarve Real Estate Exhibition «will thus fill a gap that has been felt in the region, given the recovery of the dynamics of the real estate sector in the country and, specifically, in the Algarve», considers the municipality.
The SIA is organized with the aim of enhancing the development of the economic sector of construction and real estate, providing different actors with the opportunity to present, directly or through their agents, distributors, exclusive representatives or authorized companies, products, services, catalogs , in order to stimulate progress, technical and technological exchange and promote the realization of commercial exchanges, contributing to the economic development of the sector.
Under the motto “More than promoting the property, promoting the region”, this Algarve Real Estate Exhibition will dedicate the first day to real estate mediation, the second to technologies and materials used in civil construction, and the third and final day to rehabilitation urban.
The event will take place between 14:00 and 22:00 on the 7th and 8th and on the 9th, between 14:00 and 23:00. Access tickets have a cost of 2 euros (children up to 12 years old have free entry).
