10 minor and 4 serious injuries. This is the result of a collision between a passenger bus and a concrete mixer this morning, May 16, near the Quarteira exit of the A22 (Via do Infante).
Ao Sul Informação, a source from the District Command for Relief Operations (CDOS) said that the bus, which was carrying passengers, had a "Spanish license plate".
At the moment, traffic towards Albufeira-Faro, in Via do Infante, “it's cut out”, the same source said.
There are 85 operating at the site, supported by 35 vehicles.
Due to the cut of the A22, the accident is also causing long lines of traffic on the EN125, especially in the area of the millionaire roundabout.
