The Detailed Plan for the São Brás de Alportel Business Park, a project that is seen as being «strategic for the economic development of the municipality», will be in public consultation from April 30th to May 28th.
According to the City Council of São Brás, «after having covered a long bureaucratic path, and the result of the committed work of the Municipal Technical Division, the municipal executive presented the proposal for a Detailed Plan for the Business Park of São Brás de Alportel at a meeting of the City Council. 30 March, having been unanimously approved».
This is a «structuring project of the Municipality's economic development project, which aims to boost the economy of São Brás de Alportel, by attracting investments, creating jobs and generating wealth in this area of business reception, aimed at industry, commerce and services'.
The São Brás de Alportel Business Park is designed for the Mosque Baixa area, covering a total area of 17,94 hectares, which will comprise 25 parcels for hosting companies in the areas of industry, commerce or services, totaling an area of possible construction of approximately 30.000 square meters, including a portion for equipment where a construction area of around 6 thousand square meters is foreseen.
