The 2 Michelin star «Ocean» restaurant, located at the Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa, in Porches, on the coast of Lagoa, is preparing to be the stage of a unique gastronomic event. 

On March 20, Executive Chef Hans Neuner welcomes, at the «Ocean» restaurant, Chef Christian Bau, from the 3 Michelin star restaurant «Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau», located in Perl-Besch, Germany, to a night orchestrated by 4 hands.

«The menu, created especially for this evening, will be the result of sharing the exceptional talent and creativity of the two chefs in an evening made “by friends, for friends”. The authentic and fresh flavors of the best local ingredients from Neuner's creations are combined with the modern and up-to-date touch that Bau offers to classic French cuisine, in a style that is characterized as “light, contemporary and cosmopolitan”», explains Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa.

Christian Bau is the youngest chef in Germany to ever receive the 3 Michelin stars, which he has defended for 13 years. He recently received the distinction of “Chef of the Year 2018” by the European gastronomic guide Gault&Millau.

For the price of 260 euros per person (drinks not included), guests will have «a unique opportunity to taste the extraordinary gastronomic creations of two of the biggest names in the world's cuisine, in the atmosphere of casual elegance» of the «Ocean» restaurant, with views over the Atlantic Ocean. O wine pairing will be available for 120 euros per person.
