The contract for the requalification of the Arade river wharf, in Silves, started on 26 January. The work, which foresees the execution of a stone protection guard and the recovery of the pier's stairs, has an execution period of 30 days.
According to the Municipality of Silves, the contract will cost around 38 thousand euros and, in practice, the protection guard will be extended between the front of the market and the bus stop.
