A web of cage traps, consisting of 38 holes, which was not properly marked and identified, was seized last Thursday, in front of the island of Armona, by the Maritime Police of Olhão.
As the Maritime Authority explains, since the fishing gear was not identified, "making it impossible to identify the owner or vessel to which it belongs, it was seized as a precautionary measure and as a means of proof."
