The four Parish Councils in the municipality of Alcoutim will receive 44 thousand euros from the City Council.
The program contracts to be signed were approved at the last chamber meeting held on February 14th.
This financial support is essentially intended “to ensure the organization of festivities, cultural and sporting activities, as well as the carrying out of various works and acquisitions”, explains the City Council of Alcoutim.
Collaboration “allows the parishes to be equipped with the necessary means to provide a higher quality public service, contributing to the approximation of the decision-making power of the populations, to the promotion of social and territorial cohesion and to the improvement of citizens' living conditions. », concludes.
