The 6st National Handball Meeting for Intellectual Disability takes place on the 7th, 8th and XNUMXth of April, at the Municipal Pavilion of Tavira.

In addition to the competitive aspect (the two levels of competition for Handball 5 will be in action), the activity also has a social aspect, given that other initiatives are planned parallel to this meeting.

The event is expected to involve teams from all over the country, as well as the presence of the Algarve groups from Clube Vela Tavira, Casa do Povo in Messines and ACASO in Olhão.

The initiative is organized by Clube Vela de Tavira and the National Association of Sports for Mental Disability, with the support of the “Andebol4All” project, by the Portuguese Handball Federation, the Algarve Handball Association, the Portuguese Sports Institute and Youth (IPDJ) and the National Sport for All Program.
