It is a workshop for those who want to be a tour guide (not only) and it takes place from February 17th to 18th, in Aljezur. Without paying anything, you can become a guide for cultural visits between Sagres and Santiago do Cacém, which “promote culture, in a dialogue between the past and the future”.

These routes are part of the “Touroazul” project, by the Rota Vicentina association, produced by CACO – Associação de Artessãos de Odemira and authored by Cosanostra, Cooperative Cultural.

The objective is to take small groups of travelers from all over the world to discover the territory through the people who live in it.

In total there are 16 routes, between Sagres and Santiago do Cacém, where culture and art merge, with diverse proposals, between the mountains and the ocean.

If you want to be a guide for (not only) touristic tours, the organization is looking for people who have certain requirements, such as like to walk, have a driving license and are natural, able and like to communicate.

The workshop will be given by Madalena Victorino, creator of the project, and João Gonçalves Correio (tour guide). This training takes place, on two days, from 10:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 14:30 pm to 17:30 pm. In the workshop, future guides will be prepared and chosen.

Registration is open until 15th February, and you must send your CV and a motivation letter to [email protected].
