Circulation in IC4, which connects Faro Loulé, will be cut between the Algarve Stadium Junction and the A22 Junction from 20:00 today, 13 December, and 8:00 tomorrow, towards Faro-Loulé, due to the dismantling and replacement of an existing portico near the access to the Troto bypass, announced Rotas do Algarve Litoral.

The consortium responsible for the works on the EN125 between Faro and Vila do Bispo also advises that this section must be completely cut, in both directions, for 15 minutes, which will take place between 00:00 and 2:00 on the 14th.

To alleviate the constraints, deviations will be created, which will be identified by temporary signage, and the GNR will be on site to monitor the work.

who comes from Faro, will be diverted to the Algarve Stadium and, from there, to the road that gives access to Santa Bárbara de Nexe, which connects with another road, which ends at the roundabout next to the new IKEA shopping complex in Loulé.

Those coming from Loulé can use the same detour for those coming from Faro, in the opposite direction, or you can use the free section of the A22 between the Airport Junction and Estoi Junction to access Faro. The use of Via do Infante is also valid for those who anticipate their journey and leave Faro by EN2.

The intervention itself, carried out within the scope of the “Contract for the Conception, Design, Construction and Requalification of Road Sections Associated with the Algarve Litoral Sub-concession”, starts at 13 pm today, so there may be some constraints from that time on.
