The initiative "The Shortest Day” will screen short films this Thursday, December 21, at the Regional Directorate of the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ), in Faro.
On what is the shortest day of the year, due to the Winter Solstice, this party aims to celebrate cinema in its smallest format as well.
At 15:00 there is “Amiguinhos”, with short films for the youngest, and at 17:30 “All Curtas”, with the Algarve being shown in short films.
At 21:30 pm, the screening of a selection of awarded films in the 25th edition of the “Curtas Vila do Conde” festival is reserved.
This initiative is a partnership between the Short Film Agency, the Regional Directorate of the IPDJ, the Cineclube de Faro, the Teatro das Figuras and the Shortcutz Faro.
