The band "oLudo" from Olho, will perform on Friday, December 15, at 21 pm, at the Algarve Regional Directorate of the Portuguese Youth Institute, in Faro. The first part of the concert will be guaranteed by Bruno Camilo.

In this concert, the Algarve band will play themes from their latest album “Abraço”, 2017, as well as other songs from their previous three albums (one album and two EP).

According to the IPDJ of Faro, the event on the 15th is an «open space for creativity, where the aim is to promote Portuguese modern music and provide experiences and opportunities for bands», which is the result of a partnership between the Regional Management of this institute and the association Correntes de Ar.

About the band "oLudo":

«They were born in 2005 and are a Portuguese indie pop rock band. Its current formation includes four of its founding members: Davide Anjos, João Baptista, Paulo Ferreirim, Nuno Campos.
In 2009, they released their first EP “Nascituro”, which includes songs such as “Ao vir da página” and “A meu grande culpa”, a theme that was part of the Novos Talentos FNAC compilation of the same year.
The following year, in 2010, they were invited by Henrique Amaro to record their second EP “Mil Tentações” through the Optimus Discos platform. The big surprise of this edition was the instrumental theme “Muzar”, whose video clip won an award. Also in 2010, at the invitation of Antena3, they recorded the 3 Pistas sessions where they recreated four themes with a minimalist and raw sound.
2011 is marked by the release of the long-awaited first album by the band “Almirante”. In 2014, he joined the band Luís Leal and started a cycle of concerts “Latitude 37º”, in which they had several participations. Teresa Aleixo accompanies LUDO in several concerts and is invited to participate in the new work of originals. “Abraço” is oLUDO's 2nd album and was released in March 2017.
