From the 17th to the 24th of November, the General Council of the Pinheiro e Rosa Schools Group holds an open week, with the objective of «promoting participation, listening and strengthening ties with the educational community». 

During the week, meetings are planned with guardians, students, teachers, special education team, psychology and guidance department and non-teaching staff.

According to this Grouping of Schools, the «initiative, which mobilizes all educational agents from the urban area to the rural area of ​​the municipality of Faro, intends to assert itself as a privileged space for public participation for the construction of a group of schools capable of responding to the expectations of citizens in the area of ​​education».

On November 24th, at 18 pm, there will be, for example, the debate “Participating in School Life: Why? What for?”, which wants to “raise awareness of the need for greater and more assertive participation by all, as well as encourage reflection on the future of school organizations”.
