Duo Meksyk take “Mexico a dos Pianos” to Albufeira

The concert “México a dos Pianos”, by Duo Meksyk, will take place on the 13th of August, at 20 pm, at the Hotel Pine Cliffs Resort, in Albufeira. 

Daniel Torres and Luis Herman, two young Mexicans, created this project “Mexico a two Pianos”, which has pieces by composers such as José Pablo Moncayo, Arturo Márquez, Manuel M. Ponce and Carlos Chávez, and has toured the main “music cities Europeans'.

Both musicians studied piano at the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw under the supervision of professors Ramiro Sanjinés and Jerszy Romaniuk.

Before the concert there is a welcome drink, at 19:00 pm. The initiatives are promoted by the Embassy of Mexico in Portugal, the Honorary Consulate of Mexico in the Algarve, Academy of Music in Lagos, Hotel Pine Cliffs Resort and Câmara de Albufeira.
