The Levante Nights initiative will bring “warmth” and entertainment to downtown Olhão from today, the 28th of August, until Thursday, the 31st of August. Street arts, music, theater and dance are part of a program that starts every day at 17 pm and continues until midnight.
The event will reach several points in downtown Olhon, namely Avenida da República, Rua do Comércio, Barreta and Levante neighborhoods, Avenida 5 de Outubro and Municipal Markets.
According to the Chamber of Olhão, which organizes the event, the objective of the Levante Nights is to energize the city's historic center «with recreational activities, without forgetting the cultural aspect, while at the same time inviting residents and tourists from vacation in the cubist city».
