A fire, which broke out at 16:00 pm, in Vale Fuzeiros (Messines), is currently being fought by two helicopters, 55 operational and 13 vehicles.
Source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro advanced to Sul Informação that fire is just consuming weeds.
Fighting the flames are firefighters from Messines, Silves, Lagoa and Albufeira.
The helicopters at the site are those of Loulé and Monchique.
