First-year students of the Professional Event Organization Course at Escola Secundária Pinheiro e Rosa, in Faro, will organize a party entitled “Goodbye 9th Year”, on July 3rd, at 19:30 pm, in the cloisters of the Municipal Museum of Faro.
According to the group that organizes the event, "this party has as its main purpose, in addition to signaling the overcoming of an academic milestone" and "providing 9th grade colleagues at the EB 2/3 Neves Júnior and EB 2/3 Poeta Emiliano Schools da Costa (Estoi) a moment of conviviality and relaxation after the exams».
Participants in the party can take pictures, followed by dinner, "with moments of spectacle interspersed".
After a parade with the participants, the ball will open, with the animation of a DJ.
During the event, the most elegant pair will be chosen, as well as the friendliest and best friends.
The organization says that "this will undoubtedly be a milestone for these young people who are preparing to move to a different stage of their academic life, with the need to make choices and take some decisions that will influence their future life."
The event has the support of the Casa de Protección à Young Girl and the collaboration of the Municipal Museum of Faro.
