Águas do Algarve launched two public tenders on the 6th of July, one relating to the contract “Replacement of the Barlavento – Mosqueira and Bemveja subsystem water mains”, in the municipality of Albufeira, and the other for an intervention in the power plant's No. 1 Pumping Station hydraulic Odeleite-Beliche, in Castro Marim.
In the contract in the municipality of Albufeira, the tender launched has a base value of 47 thousand euros plus VAT and is aimed at the acquisition of inspection services, quality management, coordination of site safety and coordination of environmental management and archaeological monitoring of the work. The Abnormally Low Price (PAB) value for this work – below which the proposals will not even be considered – is 36,6 euros (30% below the base value).
The tender for the work “Revision of transformers for pump sets at Pumping Station nº1 of the Odeleite-Beliche hydraulic system (EE1/Beliche)” has a base price of 75 thousand euros plus VAT and a PAB of 52,5 thousand euros.
The deadline for submitting proposals is, in both cases, the 26th of July. Access to the contest pieces and the submission of proposals can be done through the VortalGov platform.
