A collision between three cars this morning, in Patacão, near the access to the Airport, towards Loulé-Faro, caused two light injuries and caused long lines of traffic at the entrance to the city.
The alert for the accident was given at 9:00 am. Source of the District Relief Operations Command (CDOS) of Faro advanced to Sul Informação that “it was necessary to restrict traffic at the site, as one of the vehicles overturned”.
The same source told our newspaper that, around 10:00 am, the situation had normalized. Still, especially close to the Industrial Zone of Faro, in Patacão, the lines were still long, like the Sul Informação found on the spot.
In helping victims, in addition to the Fire Department Faro, was attended by GNR, Cruz Vermelha and the sub-concessionaire Rotas do Algarve Litoral, in a total of 15 operators and six vehicles.
