The Vila de Monchique Rally will accelerate again on Monchique roads on the 17th and 18th of June.
For the first day, from 21 pm, the super-special is scheduled in the urban center of Monchique and, on the second day of the race, the riders “will enter the heart of the mountain, facing two passages through the sections of Fóia and Monchique”, he explains. the Automobile Club of the South.
The race, which is eligible for the 2017 South Rally Championship, has 56 kilometers of competitive route, on asphalted pavement.
The nerve center of the event will be located at the Heliporto de Monchique, where the start, arrival and podium ceremony will take place, on Sunday, at 15:00. The assistance park will be installed in the village's fairgrounds.
The Vila de Monchique Rally is organized by the Clube Automóvel do Sul, under the aegis of the FPAK, together with the Municipality of Monchique and the Parish Council of Monchique.
