“Salvador Sobral Quarteto”, in jazz recording, will take the stage of the 14th festival “TassJazz”, on the 14th of June, at 21 pm, at Cerro do Pinguinho, in Odemira.
There will also be workshops strings with Vasco Agostinho and winds with Rui Teixeira for the 10th and 11th of July, at Quintal da Música. On the 12th and 13th of July, from 21:30 pm, the proposals will include shows by the combos of the “Associação Jazz e Não Só!” with the participation of the musicians who made the two workshops.
On Friday and Saturday, 14th and 15th of July, jazz will go up to Cerro do Peguinho, always at 21 pm. On the 30th of June there will be a performance by Afonso Pais & Rita Maria Duo, in addition to that of Salvador Sobral Quarteto.
For the 15th of July, the performance of the Loulé Jazz Trio is scheduled. The Festival will end with the Ensemble Tass Jazz / Vasco Agostinho Quartet, in a special presentation for this event.
Entries are always free. The idea is to promote «quality nights, improvisation and party», says the Chamber of Odemira.
In fact, this is a commitment of the Municipality «to diversify and qualify the cultural offer of the region, which has conquered the public since the first edition».
