The Community-Based Local Development Strategy (DLBC) Silves Cidade 2020 will be presented on the 27th of June at the Municipal Auditorium, in Paços do Concelho, at 15 pm, in a session that will also serve to publicize the Entrepreneurship Incentive System and Employment (SI00E), whose applications are already open.
The action is promoted by Vicentina – Association for the Development of the Southwest, the managing entity of this CLLD. This is one of the Local Action Groups that, together with the Algarve Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR-Algarve), have recently published notices for the opening of applications, under the CRESC Algarve 2020 Operational Programme.
The submission of applications takes place in stages until the end of the current year – until 14 September and until 14 December.
«The incentives to be granted, within the scope of SI2E, take the form of a non-refundable subsidy. For investments located in low-density territories, the incentive will be increased. Applications can mobilize the two Cohesion Funds, ERDF and ESF, individually or jointly, with the objective of creating or expanding micro and small businesses and the net creation of jobs, in any of the support modes", according to the Vincentian.
In the Algarve, incentives are aimed at specific territories and audiences, provided for in Community-Based Local Development (DLBC) strategies and potential interested parties should contact the Local Action Groups.
