The Netherlands' main football team is training for the third time and until June 3rd, at the Cascade Resort Professional Football Academy, in Lagos.
From the 27th of May to the 3rd of June, this was the place chosen to work on the team's performance, taking advantage of the complementarity of solutions and know-how that the resort has in the sports field, and in particular in football.
Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort is already a reference as the destination of choice for many professional teams of various sports for their internships, football continuing to be, in 2017, one of the strategic markets with around 10 groups, including teams and selections, confirmed by the end of the year.
Nominated for the 5th consecutive year for best resort European sports at the World Travel Awards – the Tourism Oscars -, the Cascade Resort «combines its strategic location and the mild climate of the Algarve with infrastructures of excellence in sporting performance», stress its managers.
From the two FIFA soccer fields in natural grass, to the gym with natural light and outdoor area for Bootcamp, to the tennis academy and spa, passing by the newly opened golf performance academy, all these attributes are just a few steps away, facilitating training and recovery dynamics.
In addition to these attributes, the team's experience in managing sports groups resort, namely in the nutritional component, having previously collaborated, in this aspect, with the Portuguese Football Federation, in international stages of the Portuguese National Team.
