Loulé will celebrate the International Biodiversity Day with a cleaning action on the beaches of Quinta do Lago and Ancão, scheduled for next Monday, 22 May.
According to the Municipality of Loulé, this action aims to «sensitize the population to the need to preserve» the biological diversity of Quinta do Lago and Ancão beaches, «since they are located in the middle of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a highly protected area. environmental and landscape importance, with an enormous biological diversity and aquatic and terrestrial habitats'.

The initiative is a joint action by Infraquinta, Quinta do Lago and Câmara de Loulé.
