The festival Faro Blues returns to the Algarve capital on the 18th, 19th and 20th of May. In 2017, the International Blues Festival of Faro it has concerts and a DJ Set, which take place in various spaces in the city.
The festival starts on Thursday, the 18th, with a show case presentation of the third work of the Spanish musician Nasho Hotblues & Himself Orchestra, at the Ginásio Clube de Faroat 22 pm.
On Friday, the 19th, at 21 pm, Nasho Hotblues returns to the stage, this time at Teatro Lethes, recovering themes from his previous works, followed by the performance of the band Charlie and the Bluescats. The night ends at the Sociedade Recreativa Artística Farense (SRAF) «Os Artistas», which will count with the presence of British DJ Mike, a dj specializing in the blues.
On May 20th, there will be a workshop with Felix Slim, Spanish guitarist, at “Os Artistas”, at 18:00. In the evening, concerts continue at Teatro Lethes with Julio King and the Turbodog Blues Band and Felix Slim, finalist musician at the 2017 European Blues Awards, followed by a blues jam-session, once again in «Os Artists».
