Yamaha chose the Algarve to present the new YXZ1000R models, a two-seater all-terrain quad in the range Recreational Off highway Vehiclees (ROV), that is, designed to explore less conventional roads and tracks. The brand will be at the Vale d'Oliveiras Quinta Resort and Spa, near Carvoeiro, until the 30th of September, from where it will provide one-day experiences behind the wheel of one of the vehicles, with a guide and lunch included.

The choice of the Algarve region to make this presentation was due to the fact that it has «zones off-road unique in Europe” and of this being “a unique and exclusive way of getting to know the “other Algarve”». The initiative is promoted in partnership with the TOPguide travel agency, "specialized in motorized and adventure travel".

This experience is not, even so, exclusive to those who are brought to the region by the agency, not even just for guests staying at the 5-star hotel in Lagos. Anyone willing to pay €199 per person per day, «based on 2 people per vehicle», can also hit the road and be one of the first to try the new vehicles in this line, which have «impressive style, engine high performance and advanced frame'.

"These are competition vehicles, adaptable also for leisure purposes, with a 1000 cubic centimeter engine and close to 180 horsepower," described Yamaha. The sale price to the public is around 27 thousand euros.

Anyone wanting more information about the initiative or making reservations should contact Vale d'Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa directly.
