The XXIII Tour of the Municipality of Loulé, a reference test in the national junior calendar, takes place between the 13th and 15th of April, taking advantage of the Easter holidays to offer young people the first staged test of the season.

Over the three days, the cyclists will complete 265,5 kilometers, spread over four stages. The first run is 63,7 kilometers long, starting and ending in Loulé. Departure will be at 16:30 pm on the 13th, and arrival is expected shortly after 18:00 pm.

Good Friday will be a busy day for the Volta ao Concelho de Loulé squad. At 10:00 am, the 80,8 km stage begins, starting and ending in Loulé and passing through Picota. At 18:00, the Pista Bexiga Peres watches the start of the time trial by teams of 4 kilometers.

The race ends, on Saturday, with the most mountainous stage, which will have 117 kilometers and pass through Barranco do Velho.

All stages start and finish at the City Hall of Loulé, except for the time trial by teams and the final run, which starts in the vicinity of the municipal pavilion.

119 runners are registered, representing 16 teams, one of which comes from Spain.
