Convento de São José, in Lagoa, will host, on April 16th, an Easter Concert, at 17 pm. Carla Pontes (soprano), Francisco Brazão (bass-baritone) and Cristiana Silva (piano) will perform works by George Frideric Handel, Henry Purcell and Johann Sebastian Bach, among others.
The concert promoted by Ideias do Levante – Associação Cultural de Lagoa, in partnership with the City Council, will take place in a room with a maximum capacity of 90 seats.
Tickets cost 7 euros and can be purchased at the Convento S. José ticket office (Tel. 282380434), in Lagoa. There is a 20% discount for Ideias do Levante members and holders of the Lagoa Cultural Passport.
The concert has the support of the Municipality of Lagoa, the Union of Parishes of Lagoa and Carvoeiro, Solidó – Musical Instruments, Pastelaria Algarve, Restaurant “A Tasquinha”, Estorninho.biz, Sonarsis – Artes do Som, Photos4Life and Inforarte.
