A session on “The southern peninsular line: the fortification on the Lower Guadiana in the 10th and 00th centuries”, at 11:00 am, and another one that will talk about the “Defensive system of Foz do Guadiana during the 17th and XNUMXth centuries”, at XNUMX:XNUMX am, are a few of the initiatives of the second session of the IV Jornadas de História do Baixo Guadiana, which takes place on March XNUMX, at the António Rosa Mendes Municipal Historical Archive, in Vila Real de Santo António.
The first conference will be given by Guillermo Duclos Suarez, while the second will be by André Oliveira.
At 14 pm, a guided tour is scheduled, with the theme “VRSA artillery batteries”, conducted by André Oliveira.
