A 35-year-old man was caught yesterday, March 6, by the GNR, with 180 doses of hash, in Monte Gordo.
According to the guard, "during a patrol action, the military approached the individual on the public road, finding him in possession of a narcotic product."
In view of this, and after a house search by GNR soldiers from Tavira, two lead boxes, a compressed air rifle, a white gun, a pair of rattles and a mobile phone were also seized.
The suspect was present at the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action (DIAP) of Vila Real de Santo António, having been subjected to the measure of coercion of weekly presentations at the police station in the area of residence.
