Carlos Norton and Nuno Murta, from the Fungo Azul association, presented the project of the Algarve's Landscape Sound Archive (ASPA), at the store in Faro of Fnac.

The objective of this project, which was financially supported by the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve, is to «create a sound database of the Algarve», with the sounds available to be heard on the Fungo Azul website, by clicking here.

Although funding for this first phase of the ASPA has already ended, sound designer Carlos Norton announced his desire to continue recording the sounds of the Algarve. “Sound is also an intangible heritage and is changeable. This project is not finished yet, there are many sounds that I still want to record», he guaranteed.
