The latest developments in the field of implantology, in the field of dentistry, will be in focus at a scientific meeting that will take place on March 4, at the VidaMar Hotel at Herdade dos Salgados, in Albufeira. The event should bring together about 150 participants, plus companions, who will bring tourist dynamics to the municipality, in low season, believes the City Council of Albufeira.
The «Osteointegrasul», promoted by the Albufeirense company Previdente, is aimed at dentists, dental students and dental technicians and will have «a panel of speakers of recognized merit at national and international level», according to the municipality, which it supports the initiative. There will also be an exhibition area, where several brands in the sector will be present.
"These events are an asset to the county, especially because they are held during the low tourist season, contributing to the maintenance of economic activities and employment in the region, being an effective way to combat seasonality," said the president of Council of Albufeira Carlos Silva e Sousa.
