NAU Hotels & Resorts is promoting a recruitment event – the «NAU Recruitment Experience» next Friday, January 6th, from 9:30 am, at the Palácio de Congressos do Algarve, in Praia dos Salgados, on the coast of Albufeira. – “to find talent and attract around 500 new employees”.
The hotel company is thus «anticipating the usual recruitment calendars to meet the needs of professionals in 25 functional positions that include the areas of Kitchen, Stores, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Drivers, Reception, Restaurants and SPA».
The NAU group has eight units in the Algarve – São Rafael Suites, in Sesmarias, in Albufeira, São Rafael Atlântico, in the same location, Salgados Palace, Salgados Dunas Suites, Salgados Vila das Lagoas and Salgados Palm Village , all on Salgados beach, in Albufeira. It also has the Morgado Golf & Country Club, in Morgado do Reguengo, in Portimão, and the Salema Beach Village, in Praia da Salema, in Vila do Bispo.
This recruitment arises from the need to look for staff who can “face the expected workload for 2017”.
This NAU Recruitment Experience event will include testimonials from employees who are an example in terms of career development and progression in the group. there will be a flash interview to all those who attended this event.
