The Secretary of State for Health will be this Monday, December 12th, in the Algarve, for inaugurations, visits and meetings.
Manuel Delgado's visit begins at 10 am in Portimão, where he will preside over the official inauguration of the Atlântico Sul Family Health Unit (USF), which is part of the Barlavento Health Center Group (ACES), located at the Headquarters of the Health Center in Portimao.
The Secretary of State will also inaugurate, at 15 pm, the Pharmacovigilance Unit of Algarve and Alentejo at the University of Algarve.
At 16:00 pm, the INEM Regional Delegation will reopen, during which a protocol will be signed between the Regional Health Administration (ARS) and INEM, for the accreditation of the ARS to promote training courses in Basic Life Support and Automatic Defibrillation External. In fact, during his visit to the Algarve, the Secretary of State will also preside over the signing of four other protocols, with different entities.
At 17:00 pm, at the headquarters of ARS Algarve, the president of this structure presents the Balance Sheet for 2016 and the Strategic Plan for 2017.
At 19 pm, the government official visits the Algarve Radiotherapy Unit, to learn about the installation of the 00nd Linear Accelerator-
Throughout this day, Manuel Delgado will also hold meetings with the directors of the Unit of Faro and from Portimão from the Hospital Center of Portimão.
