The Orquestra Clássica do Sul is going to give a Christmas concert, aimed at children, next Saturday, December 17, at 21 pm, at the Igreja Matriz in Nossa Senhora do Carmo, in Fuzeta.
In addition to the songs alluding to this festive season, this concert will feature the premiere of the children's tale «O Sorriso Mágico de Sofia», with original music by Luís Soldado, associated composer of the Orquestra Clássica do Sul.
Under the baton of Rui Pinheiro, principal conductor and main conductor of the Orchestra, works by Coleridge-Taylor, Mendelssohn, Soldado, Elgar, Gruber and Anderson will be heard. The narration will be in charge of Linda Valadas.
At the end there will be requests for a collective letter to Santa Claus. With free entry, this show is part of a protocol established between the Union of Parishes of Moncarapacho and Fuzeta and the Orquestra Clássica do Sul.
